This is what I did with the cover of Katie's book. I covered my chipboard with Old Olive and Regal Rose craft ink, then heat embossed with Iridescent Ice embossing powder. The Regal Rose ribbon is just tied around the whole cover.
And here is the very last layout, I promise. I paper pieced the truck and added a load of hearts. The tires are colored Regal Rose with my Water Color Wonder Crayons, and the hubcaps are Old Olive. Really, what girl wouldn't want a truck covered with flowers, and pink tires?

Again, I just love this book. The cover is so elegant with a simple, clean look. Yet, the glitter makes it FUN!

great album! I also put a ribbon around my linen albums - but I put my on the "spine" with some hodgepodge that labels the album for me
