Well, I know I've been slow this week, but here are 2 of the 3 projects we'll be working on this Friday. First we have the Paper Piercing Technique. See all the little holes in the card? It's really easy but adds alot of detail to your project. I did not come up with this design on my own, I copied from Kirsten. You can check out her post here. Next is Stamping on Candles. Yes, those flowers on the candle are stamped, and it was so easy to do!! Inspiration for this project came from Lauren Meader. You can check out her blog here. Looking at this picture I can't help but think I should have made the candle match the card with the daisy stamp. That would make a beautiful matching gift set, wouldn't it?
There is a topper on the candle made to coordinate, just make sure to remove it before you light the candle!!
The last project will just have to be a surprise when you get here, cuz I don't have it done yet! I can tell you, it is the Kissing Technique, where you "kiss" 2 stamps together for a really neat look.
The charge for this class is $8 to cover supplies, and PLEASE bring your own adhesive and paper trimmer if you have one. If I don't see you before Friday, you can pay when you get here. Also, due to some other scheduling conflict, the Stamp a Stack is postponed to a later date. I'll let you know when I reschedule.
I hope you see you at my house, Friday Sept. 26 at 6pm

I love the Upsy Daisy card. I really dont think that you can make a bad card with that set. You may have gotten the paper peircing idea from my blog as I just recently posted an Upsy Daisy card with the same piercing, but I am pretty sure that I am not the first person to make paper piercing like that.
