Stamp A Stack

Here is what I came up with for the Stamp A Stack. I cased (copy and steal everything) this card. Isn't that cute with all the Sesame Street characters? They are all made from different punches. This is a pretty neutral kids birthday card, don't you think?

I also cased this turkey card. He is also made with punches except for the little dangley thing what is that called? and his legs. I cut those freehand. I should have used my Stamp a ma Jig to get the Happy Thanksgiving straight, but that was the last step and I sure didn't want to redo the whole card. Oh well, now I know.















This is just a simple little layout also with a few punches. I'm not sure if I like it or not. It seems to be missing something. Maybe it's the ribbon I usually put on everything, but I'm trying to keep these cares fairly simple for 2 reasons. 1. So they don't take too long to make. 2. So I can keep the cost at $1 a card. So there you have it. a simple card.




















So, in keeping with the rules stated above, here is the baby card I came up with. You could choose between boy or girl simply by changing out the pattern paper and blue feet for pink feet. Inside it says, "A baby is cuddles and tickles on toes, the sweet scent of powder, a kiss on the nose." Isn't that cute? Simple, yet effective.

I still have one more card to design, so I'll try to get that done today. I also need to work on my projects for Technique Class. I hope you guys haven't forgotten about that, have you? It's the last Friday of the month as usual, starting aroung 6 pm. I'm thinking about getting a sitter if everyone is willing to put a few dollars towards it, and maybe getting the kids some pizza to keep them entertained. Please let me know if you plan on coming to either Technique Class or the World Card Making Day Stamp a Stack, or both! I think I'm going to do the Stamp a Stack at church in the Fellowship Hall.
